While on the way over to meet up with the guys I came across Kate's brother getting Iced and taking it in stride.

Kate and Peter the next minute...jamming with Orange Krush.

Tyler from Yeah Yeah Creative and I do our best to outrun Kate and Peter. Remember how they're runners and all?

Jeremy-Russell-Old-Edwards-Wedding-62.jpg

Yes, that's Kate's shoe.

And like that it was over.

Except thankfully, not quite. In the months since I've enjoyed the occasional update from Kate including the most recent email with an attached Google Alert for Jeremy Russell that simply said, "I need to see less of this and more blog updates. Thanks for your cooperation." The alert? Just a SWAT standoff involving another Jeremy Russell in Salem.

Ok, well, just as I didn't have any idea how to start with the first blog post I really don't know how to end it. I almost feel as though I need to scroll through those updates you see at the end of those "based on real life events" movies.

Something like:

"Kate is still the most organized person in the entire world. She begins a new job with a huge event group in Atlanta in July and will begin developing their weddings and social events wing."

(Fade)

"Peter remains one of the nicest people in the entire world. I'm pretty sure he flies planes and does Iron Man competitions. Kate loves him to pieces."

(Fade)

"Jeremy Russell is serving his remaining time in a maximum security...." Wait, no, I'm really not helping my Google results here.

I guess all I really want to say is thank you to Kate and Peter. Their constant kindness throughout the entire process has made it bittersweet to finish up this one last little blog post since it now feels so final. Being a wedding photographer I'm inevitably part of my clients' most personal and special moments and working with people like Kate and Peter makes the reality of this sink in even deeper.

Wishing you both an amazing future together...one so good it couldn't even be scripted on Kate's childhood life timeline.
