Snowy Engagement Session in Asheville

The weather in Asheville is notoriously hard to plan around when it comes to scheduling a photo shoot. In fact for weddings I don’t even really check the weather anymore. I’ve worked on so many days calling for 100% chance of rain only to have them turn out to be beautiful with incredible light. It must be the mountains that mess up the forecasts so frequently.

In any case when Emily and Lanier rolled into town we had just had some snow fall and after a quick pre-shoot meeting we adjusted our plans a little to see what we could come up with in the snow. I always love engagement shoots since they give me a great opportunity to get to know my clients better and I had the best time with these two and can’t wait for their wedding later this year at the new Seely Pavilion at The Grove Park Inn! Seriously just look how happy they are together!
