Jeremy Russell was supposed to be the photographer for my wedding that was scheduled at the end of May 2020. Throughout the planning process he stayed in touch and was willing to jump through all kinds of hoops and do all of the travel that was required to capture my wedding day. I was so happy and relieved to have him as my photographer through all of the planning that was necessary for the wedding because we stayed in constant communication. Fast forward to March and the wedding being just a couple months away – and here we are in a pandemic. Jeremy reached out to me and gave me an extremely generous extension on the services and was never once pushy about trying to book another event or service right away. He put the ball in my court and gave me the time I needed to decide what I needed to do about my indefinitely postponed wedding. Fast forward one month to April and I find out that I’m pregnant – so right away I knew that I wanted to use Jeremy for my maternity photos instead. Again, Jeremy stayed in constant communication and was so excited for my fiancé and me and helped us through the whole planning process for that as well. When it came time to take the pictures, Jeremy found the most beautiful location and made the process so comfortable even though I hate being in front of a camera. There are not enough kind words to describe the experience that we have had with Jeremy over the last year and a half. He had the BEST customer service of them all in addition to having realistic perfect natural lighting in all of his photos… He is incredibly responsive, polite, and professional in his communication… He made both my husband and I feel comfortable in front of the camera and we have received countless complements on our wedding photos (and album). If you look at his gallery on his website, it is clear that his "best photos" are NOT one-off shots... but genuine practiced skill. Jeremy understands that photography isn’t just about the money he understands there is a relationship between photographer and client(s). My wife and I never did a photo shoot before Jeremy and he made it feel like we were pros.
